Returns/Exchanges

 

LTDE only accepts returns/exchanges of purchases within 30 days of delivery with the exception of International/Deployed addresses. Products must be returned in the following conditions:

  • Unworn/unwashed/undamaged (tears, cuts, rips, punctures)
  • In original packaging with tags still attached
  • Free of odor, excessive lint, pet hair, stains, etc. 

All valid returns/exchanges will be issued in the form of store credit. All returns will have a 10% restocking fee deducted from your final store credit amount

All exchanges are subject to availability. When requesting an exchange, please let us know your order number and item you would like to exchange. We will provide a return label for the item to be sent back to our facility to the email originally used for the order. Once the package has been processed, you will receive a gift card for the amount of the item as well as a free shipping code so you are able to order your exchange item.

***Accessories are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns/exchanges***

Once your return/exchange has reached our warehouse facility, please allow for 3-5 business days for processing.
