LTDE Refund & Pre-Order Policy

Effective Date: 01/01/2026

At LTDE, every product is produced in limited quantities with intentional production planning. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below.


1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All purchases made through LTDE are final sale.

We do not offer:

  • Refunds

  • Returns

  • Exchanges

  • Order cancellations

This includes full-price items, discounted items, promotional items, and limited drops.

Please review sizing, product details, and shipping timelines carefully before purchasing.


2. PRE-ORDER TERMS

Many LTDE products are offered as pre-orders.

If a product is listed as a pre-order:

  • The estimated production timeline will be clearly stated on the product page.

  • Production timelines are estimates and may vary slightly due to manufacturing, material sourcing, or shipping carrier delays.

  • By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and agree to wait the stated production timeframe before shipment.

Pre-orders cannot be canceled once placed.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may ship once all items are ready unless otherwise stated.


3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

LTDE is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather delays

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered”

For higher-value orders, we may require signature confirmation upon delivery.

If signature confirmation is required and delivery is confirmed by the carrier, the order is considered successfully fulfilled.


4. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incomplete address

  • Failure to collect package

The customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.


5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Description of the issue

If approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement (if inventory allows), or

  • Store credit at our discretion

We do not guarantee replacements for limited drops once sold out.


6. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms stated in this policy.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting our support team to resolve the issue is considered a violation of this agreement.

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, LTDE reserves the right to submit the following evidence to the card issuer:

  • Order confirmation details

  • Product page descriptions at time of purchase

  • Pre-order timeline acknowledgment

  • Shipping confirmation and tracking information

  • Delivery confirmation (including signature confirmation when applicable)

  • IP address and billing verification data

  • Customer communication history

If a chargeback is filed for an order that has been delivered or fulfilled according to the agreed terms, we reserve the right to:

  • Dispute the chargeback

  • Report fraudulent disputes

  • Restrict future purchases from the customer


7. FRAUD PREVENTION

LTDE reserves the right to cancel any order flagged as high risk or suspected fraud before fulfillment.

We may request additional verification before processing certain orders.


8. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By placing an order on LTDE’s website, you acknowledge that you:

  • Have read the full product description

  • Understand if the item is a pre-order

  • Accept the stated production timeline

  • Agree that all sales are final

  • Accept this Refund & Pre-Order Policy in full
